The course is delivered as a part of the IMKE international Master's programme, thus the working language is English. In case of only Estonians participating, switching to Estonian is possible (materials will still be in English).

IPNM in short:

• Duration: 16 weeks (spring term) - may change a bit due to visiting lecture
• Weekly workload: one 1,5-hour (2 academic hours) combined session (lectures, discussions, various tasks) plus independent work
• Location: Tallinn University, main building, P-321 computer lab room
• Credits: 3.0 Estonian credits (ainepunkt or AP), 4.0 ECTS credits
• Assessment: graded (exam), but the grade will be based on the work throughout the term

Grading

NB! It may change a bit due to a visiting lecturer!

• 20% course paper
• 10% presentation (slides)
• 15% oral presentation
• 10% review of another student's work
• 25% independent work + report
• 10% blog
• 10% participation in the discussion (class and online)
